Typically fruits which are sweet should not be eaten at the time of diet. Dates, grapes, raisins and fig are usually very sweet as they contain high level of sugar. Carbonated drinks is another main culprit. Sugar is the primary source which feeds yeasts.

Gradually, your body will adjust to the newly introduced diet, making you a lot healthier inside and out. Because of the yeast free diet, toxins are flushed out your body's system, providing greater energy reserves for both short term and long term.
